Programs & Research

Through ongoing research at Dodd Hall, we can better understand the nature of injuries, treatment and responses to treatment and improve our methods of returning each patient to independence. The Ohio State University Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is awarded substantial research funding each year to pioneer advances in rehabilitation therapies and create nationally recognized programs to enhance independence and quality of life.

This website has been funded with financial assistance from Grant #H133A120086 awarded by the U.S. Department of Education, National Institute on Disability Rehabilitation Research (NIDRR) to the Ohio Valley Center for Brain Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation for the current funding period of 10/01/2012 - 09/30/2017.
